Hello
lovelies, Were you there? Did you come? What an adventure, what a beautiful gathering. Words really cannot express the beauty that we experienced, on so many levels. So many vivid memories. The mega campfire jam at dawn with hundreds, thousands of bubbles laying on the dewy grass with some of the finest festival musicians we've met. The mist rolling in the night before. The children running, laughing, the sound of chatter and laughter everywhere. Sitting in the sauna, watching the wind turbine spinning. So many performances, so much music. The sky, the formation parachutists, the hot air balloons, the Sunbow, the Moonbow, the Orange Moon rising during the pack down. So many friends and like minded people all in the same place, all having a brilliant time. Seeing the birth of a new festival is a wonderful thing. The community spirit was there in such abundance, it was an honour to give a home to such a thing, maybe in it's infancy it is at it's purist. Four days of exquisite beauty and Small World magic, powered by renewable energy and community spirit, just like it said on the label. |

Hello
my lovelies, Summer is in the air, we have just returned from Scotland from a Buddhist Pagan handfasting what a beautiful gathering, a wonderful way to wake up to to the Summer. What an amazing winter we have had. Starting with the party at the Pit in it's medieval spender, seeing The Synergy Project go from strength to strength and establish itself as one of London's most complex and joyful parties. Launching our own Solar Powered Parties what a pleasure to see how openly London's underground accepted this warm way of celebrating that seems to find a home with us. The events at Brighton's Komedia have been the icing on the cake. giving us the confidence to put on events further afield next winter. |

Well,
we've just landed from our trip to the west country, helping the Green Party
on their Euro Election roadshow, it was particularly good to catch up with
friends we don't get to see in the winter and a pleasure to work together
with Rinki-Dink and Groovy Movie, usually we are all doing our own thing.
I found out the Green Party only needs one more vote in every four streets
to get a Euro MP elected, seems possible to me, hope we helped in
some way. |

Dates & Venue updates HOT! |
What a wonderful February, four events, four weekends,. The launch of our independent solar powered parties in East London, a night at Brighton's Komedia, the second party in East London on my Birthday, and then our best night at Synergy yet. So many highlights, our events in Brighton being so warmly received and seeing the parties at Project 142 in East London working so well, feeling the full festival vibe indoors in the middle of winter. So many friends,
so many people new to this way of partying, swirling in our urban barn,
bright eyed and smiling, basking a warm, fresh and, oddly enough, cutting
edge vibe. Hamilton's..sorry Captain Banana's almost Triangle solo
during Martha's set at Synergy I will remember forever. Thankyou
to everyone who makes these events happen, to the artists to the crews
and to the audiences who keep it all going. April May |

Well we've just landed from our first party at Project 142 in East London, wonderful party, the place looked beautiful, an indoor festival, Martin's swing come hammock strung from the rafters, charcoal burners roaring away, the cafe humming, and the audience dancing, swirling and smiling all night long. All those happy people
as the dawn sun came in through the skylights.

Happy
days my lovelies Just a bit of an update on Small World news, as you will be aware we did our first event at the Komedia in Brighton on the 9th Jan which went splendidly, those of you that came will know it was a sell out gig. It was a real pleasure to see and feel such support for what we are doing, thankyou. We send big apologies to those of you who missed out, we didn't expect it either. We had a fabulous time, there was such excitement in the air, every band was on top form, although most of them had a January cold. Thankyou to all the performers, you excelled yourselves again. We are now planning a series of parties in a wonderful community venue in East London. We are going to roll out the solar powered Small World with it's emphasis on live music and the special atmosphere that comes with it and immerse it in the energy of an all night party. |
